Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering for a full floor tenant with several large computer and training rooms. HVAC systems included VAV with reheat as well as a new air cooled chiller and chilled water system for 24/7 cooling of computer rooms.
Anthem Blue Cross: Denver, CO
Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering revi- sions for a full floor tenant in the renown Blue Cross Blue Shield building. Cooling system consists of chilled water radiant ceiling panels with new water source heat pumps added for conference rooms.
NREL – CREED: Lakewood, CO
Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering for a full floor tenant located in the Denver West Office Park. HVAC systems included 4-pipe fan coils with tempered make-up air.
CoBank: Greenwood Village, CO
Various conference rooms within an existing lease space, including the Colorado Room for the Board of Directors. HVAC included series style VAV boxes with tempered reheat for exacting temperature control and low acoustics.

Building wide re-distribution of existing hot water radiant heat panels and modifications to the existing VAV units to achieve extensive energy savings and greater occupant comfort.

New 2900 square foot small animal hospital with packaged single zone rooftop units and localized exhaust for surgery and kennel areas. Plumbing included miscellaneous hand sinks, dog wash stations, kennel washdown facility, and dog waste grinder pumps.
Dr. Bassett, Dr. Wallace & Dr. Selner Dental Office: Denver, CO
Mechanical & Plumbing Engineering design services for the tenant finish of a new 4500 square foot Dentist Office in an existing building. The design included cold water, hot water, hot water returns, vacuum, compressed air, nitrous, oxygen, waste & vent piping for nine operatories. We used the existing building HVAC system adding additional fan coils as needed. Mechanical & Plumbing drawings were created with details & riser diagrams as required for permit & construction.
PEDIATRIC DENTAL ASSOCIATES: Aurora, Colorado.
8,000 square foot tenant finish in existing space. Cooling and heating provided by rooftop A/C and Heating units. Included the design of the cold water, hot water, dental water, nitrous, oxygen, compressed air, vacuum and waste systems.

Mechanical & Plumbing Engineering services for a remodel and expansion to 3000 square feet of an existing office. The space included a reception area, operatories, labs and business offices. The base building had adequate HVAC & plumbing & required redistribution only.

Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering services for a new dental office located within the Lowry redevelopment. This is a 1300 square foot space located in a new building. The Mechanical drawings included HVAC, outside air, appliance venting normally required for a dental office. The Plumbing drawings included domestic water, dental water, waste and vent and medical gases.

Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering services for a new 2400 square foot dental office on the first floor of an existing building. The program included three operatories that required com- pressed air and vacuum. The required outside air, heating and air conditioning was provided by the base building rooftop units. Our design included cold water, hot water, hot water return, vacuum, compressed air, waste and vent piping. The exhaust systems were designed and connected to the base building exhaust. We created plans with details and riser diagrams as required for permit and construction.
